Check-in after 3:00 PM Checkout before 10:00 AM You must be 21yrs or older to reserve and staying on property. Self check-in with smart lock During your stay - 7 guests maximum - No pets Quiet hours - 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM Parties a& Events - No parties or events - No commercial photography - No smoking Parking - There is a 4 car parking limit, 2 in the driveway and street parking in front. Checkout (More Information) - Checkout is no later than 10AM the day of checkout. If you checkout late, there will be a $150 late checkout fee. The payment request will be sent to you from Airbnb to pay the late checkout fee. Glass Outside & Pool Info - No glass bottles or containers/glasses at the pool. -- No diving into the pool. - Children must be supervised at all times. Pool hours are from 9:00 am - 10:00 pm in order to respect the neighbors. - See below for more pool information Music & Outdoor Music & Cameras - No loud music. Please note there are noise & smoke sensors indoors and outdoors on property. There are outdoor cameras which are for safety. Hot Tub - Hot tub and jets are available at an additional cost. First two hours are $50.00 and $25.00 per hour there after. The hour begins as the hot tub warms as cost begins to incur when on. The hot tub is kept at a hot 100 degrees while on. The pool will not be heated. The water during pool season maintains a comfortable temperature of 83-89 degrees. - See Below for more information Additional Guests - There is an additional guest charge of $20 per night for all guests over 4 people. Please verify guest count prior to check in. Violation of House Rules - If any house rules are violated, you will be required to leave the property without a refund. Property Maintenance - Lawn maintenance is on Wednesdays, and pool maintenance is on Thursdays. The garbage cans are in the back alley. Any recyclables can go in the blue can in the alley. Property Safety - Please ensure all gates remain closed and locked at all times. Please ensure the front door is locked at all times Fees: - One Time Cleaning Fee of $150.00 (Applied to Reservation) - State and County Taxes (Applied to Reservation) Cancellation Policy - 10 Days Before Check-in - 100% Refund - 3 Days Before Checkin - 50% Refund - Day of Check-in - No Refund
Pool & Hot Tub Information
We can absolutely provide heating for the pool and hot tub at an additional charge. The pool and hot tub water naturally match weather, but can be heated upon request. Some things for you to know. - POOL & HOT TUB TEMPERATURE -> The pool & hot tub are in-ground tub. It is not possible to keep warm all the time like an above ground. We will need to turn on the hot pool or tub and depending on the year, can take up to eight hours (for the pool) or an hour (for the hot tub) depending on weather. Again, heating is dependent on the how cold the outside temperature, ground temperature and existing water temperature are. Once hot, the temperature will be kept at a 89 degrees for the pool and the hot tub at 100 degrees temp until it is turned off. - POOL & HOT TUB HOURS -> Hours are from 8am CST - 10:00pm CST. Our pool/hot tub does not have a remote or outside control to turn on or off. We must do this with our mobile application which, unfortunately only has admin access and no user access. Thus, if we were to provide everyone access to the app, the settings could be altered severely and possibly cause damage to the machinery. With that being said, you will need to reach out to us to turn it on or off. We highly recommend you scheduling this out with us. - SAFETY FIRST - STAY HYDRATED -> You are soaking in a pool/hot tub, which naturally causes sweat and dehydration. We recommend being hydrated and possibly keeping a plastic cup of water around to sip on while in the tub. Dehydration and/or standing up to quickly can cause a person to faint if in the pool/hot tub too long. Being aware of your body temperature and how you are feeling when standing up or exiting the pool/hot tub. Please use caution when using the hot tub. Note* Hot tubs do increase your blood pressure. We are not responsible for your safety as there is no lifeguard on duty. You will need to be responsible for your own safety. - IN and OUT -> Please use caution when entering and exiting the pool/hot tub. The hot tub is deep. There is a step on the corner of the hot tub that enables to you get in and out easier. Please use this step while also holding on the edge when entering and exiting the hot tub. - NO OTHER CHEMICALS - Absolutely no outside chemicals are to be poured into the hot tub or pool. Outside chemicals can cause damage to our machinery. If outside chemicals are found/poured into the hot tub/pool, we will be forced to drain the hot tub and pool (as they share the same equipment) and you will be charged for the cleaning fee ($250.00) and water refill fee($350.00) of both. In the past, we've had guests buy things at stores and it caused damage to the machinery. Please respect our pool/hot tub and don't cause damage. - PRICING -> For pool heating inquire with us about blocked hours. For the hot tub, pricing is as follows: For the first two hours, the cost is $50.00 and there after $25.00 per hour. The time begins when the hot tub is turned on and during heat up. We are incurring cost instantly when the hot tub turns on. Note* this is not included in the original listing. You will need to send us a Zelle payment (preferred)(Zelle Handle: aniemynski@gmail.com) for the hot tub or we can add it to the booking. If you prefer us to add it to the booking, you must accept the charges before the hot tub will be turned on. If you would like to use the hot tub or pool heated, please let us know. This can be a great amenity in the nice cool fall and cold winter.
